On Saturday, March 27th we headed down to Oregon to have some family time during Pat's Spring Break. We have to thank Grandma and Papa Peterson for allowing us to borrow the van (it makes travel SO much easier) and for hooking us up with the timeshare in Seaside, OR. We don't get away much and it was much needed and appreciated.
I got a new camera the Friday before from my late Mama Rose (thanks for the AMAZING present that will last a lifetime) so I spent the car ride playing with it and annoying my family inside the van. You will also see an increase in photos in these blogs because I love that this new Sony camera can take photos so much quicker. Now I just need to learn how to use it :) properly.

Caden gets to ride in style in the van. Toys, video games, music, snacks and movies...what more could a three year old ask for.

Our first stop was in Astoria, OR. If there was a coast town I could live in I think it would be this one. It is an adorable towns with modern ammenities. I also loved our lunch on the water at the Rogue Public House. It was a beautiful afternoon!

Blake has the biggest dark blue eyes right now! I love them and love the way he looks at things. He is such a curious little guy.

Caden and his daddy! Don't worry...one drink was mine and one drink was Pat's. The one Caden is holding was one of our taster glasses.

Caden is VERY dramatic. As you have seen in previous posts. He loves making faces and expressing his emotions. Daddy did a little photo shoot before we left!
