The weather was nice and we didn't have any plans so we decided to hang around McMinnville on Sunday. We went downtown in the morning so Caden and Blake could play at the park that Pat worked at in college. He was the Park Ranger :) It was a cool wooden park with all sorts of nooks and crannies for Caden to explore.
Papa and Grandma Ferg and Aunt Mandy, Uncle Spike and Lyala were heading to the Redwoods shortly after our trip down to Oregon, so Pat and Caden took their own "redwoods" picture.
Grandma Ferg gave Caden some change so he could make a wish in their wishing pool. I love the picture above...he was so serious about his wishes. He would close his eyes, hold his change tight and think. Then he would throw the change!
We then headed for a snack at the McMenamin's Rooftop Bar. It was a warm day and it made for some great views.
Later that afternoon we took Caden to the spray park. He loves a sprinkler and thus he loved to run through the shooting streams of water. He was a happy guy!
Blake wasn't sure what to make of it!
Caden also enjoyed playing in the gigantic sandbox! However, he did not like getting his feet all dirty.
