Get to Know the Ferguson Boys

Blake Andrew Ferguson
  • He makes a lot of noises! Mostly grunts of various kinds. There are happy grunts, sad grunts, angry grunts, sleepy grunts, and so many more. He is a super noisy sleeper too...he keeps us up through the monitor at times.
  • He loves to eat! If he is awake he would like to be eating. Not much else can calm him down when he is cranky.
  • He really likes riding in the car. It lulls him to sleep everytime! But be careful in traffic or at stop lights, he can snap out of sleep mode very fast.
  • The longest he has slept at night is 4 and a half hours and it has only happened once.
  • He loves his swing, being swaddled, and kisses from his big brother. He hates bath time, getting his diaper changed and waiting to eat.
  • He is finally starting to fit into some 0-3 month clothing...but because he has short legs I think it will be sometime before pants fit him :)
Caden Avery Ferguson
  • He talks all day long. He spent the day with Grandma Peterson the other day and Pat and I both kept commenting that the house was way too quiet.
  • He wants to make friends with every kid he meets. Sometimes the other children are a little surprised when he tries to hug them or starts asking them questions.
  • He loves his little brother immensely and thinks he is SOOOO CUUUTE!
  • He loves to show us his moves. What can we say, he is a dancing machine.
  • When he grows up he wants to be a fireman, a doctor, a basketball player and a construction worker, but he doesn't want to be a policeman (sorry Uncle Spike!)
  • He is really into bargaining and negotiating. This combined with the fact that his memory is AMAZING means that you better not promise him anything you can't follow through on or let him in on any secrets you don't want him to tell everyone.
  • He is SUPER excited for his birthday.
