Our sweet niece Lyala celebrated her first birthday last weekend and we were so happy to be there to celebrate! She's the cutest little lady in our life and it was so fun and memorable to see her, Mandy and Spike surrounded by their friends and family! Thanks for letting us be a part of her special day!There was a cupcake theme (more on that later) and she was the cutest little cupcake in the house in her tutu and shirt that her mom made for her. Her outfit made her the star of the show!
Her cousins think she is so cute and love to pay her tons of attention. They are really great with her and couldn't wait to wish her a Happy Birthday!

Smash Cake Time!!! After a rousing Happy Birthday sung to her she was given her giant purple cupcake that Mandy made and she tore that thing apart! I don't think she ate much of it, but she really liked to dig around and she sure got messy! I don't think I have ever seen such a little lady dig through chocolate cake like that.

Caden helped Auntie Mandy open up the gift we got Lyala and he really wanted her to see the card he wrote. It said To: Lyala, I Love You!, From: Caden all written by him!
