Tomorrow Blake is officially 15 months old (which reminds me I need to make a well-child appointment...oops!) and in the last month he has really started to show us what he knows. In the last post you saw he was walking, but he is doing so much more now. He loves to read and play! He laughs at everything and can maneuver most of his toys...stacking, sorting, turning, and pushing. He can say a few words pretty clearly: Daddy, Mom, Mine, Milk, Amber, Doggy, Ball, Papa, Ma (for Grandma), Vroom. He is also starting to say animal sounds, with quack and moo being the most common.

Just a moment to show-off the amazing big brother who is teaching his little brother so much!

He is getting really active. He will go to the fridge and say Milk, he will go to his high chair and demand dinner or lunch, he will climb onto the trikes and anything else he can get himself onto.

But sometimes he decides that pushing the trike is easier and he ends up running into the bushes. He will then say Uh Oh! So cute!

While brother runs around with his neighborhood friends, Blake and I hang out in the front yard which he is really starting to explore.

Sometimes we go hang out on the playground. I turned around for a second and learned that he can climb the ladder all by himself. What!?! Slow down baby boy!

And sometimes Big Brother joins in too! Playing roll the basketball outside!

I love Blake. And I love that one of his words is "mine." Such a second child word. I can't believe he's already 15 months! It seems like just yesterday that they were all lying on Jen's living room floor for our playdate and Holden was the only one who could crawl!
