So I am going to try to pick some New Year's resolutions this year and stick to them. One of them is to learn how to use my camera better. I have a lovely camera and a few lenses (yes, I want more!), but I really don't know how to use it. Sometimes I switch it into manual to play around, but with two rambunctious and constantly moving little dudes I tend to rely on Auto mode a little too much. I also don't have any photo editing software to "fix" my photos if I am really wanting to capture something important and I mess up. So I just need more confidence. One way to do that is to use my camera on a daily basis. I can't promise every photo will be taken in manual mode, but I will try and play more and more (and with the help of some of my talented friends, I will hopefully gain confidence!)
So here is day one of a 365 day photo challenge. I will probably do a weekly blog post with the photos of the week (cause blogging everyday is NOT going to happen). I am going to try to take photos of moments of our everyday life...not posed photos, but just moments captured!
