24 Weeks Pregnant and other updates!

So I know most of you already know this by now, but we found out that we are having another little boy and his name will be Blake Andrew Ferguson! We are so excited and love to say "the boys" and "our boys" as we talk about the future. Caden is talking more and more about his little brother and his role as a big brother...but he does think that we are naming the baby Apple. Who knows? The mind of a 2 and a half year old always astounds me.

My pregnancy is going as well as can be expected. I really shouldn't complain, but I am definitely more tired and achy with this pregnancy than I ever was with Caden. But I am over the half-way mark and heading down the home stretch....now we just have to get Blake's room all ready and we will be good to go.

Everyday holds a new funny anecdote about our little guy! Caden is full of interesting stories and opinions and he keeps us laughing constantly. I would say that he gets most of his personality and characteristics from his daddy. He is very particular and likes things in a certain order, he is stubborn and really set in his ways, and he has strong opinions that are hard to budge. From me he gets certain words that I say all the time, such as "perfect" I guess I use it too often and he has some physical characteristics such as turning all red when he is hot, cold or has been crying. Plus he is a little bit of a worrier and a fraidy-cat and I think that comes from me!

Right now he is obsessed with Super Heroes, Scooby Doo, Ben 10, riding his bike, temporary tattoos, and being a big boy! He talks a mile a minute and he asks lots of questions. We hope all of you find some time to have a conversation with him someday soon :)
